We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. If you live outside of the UK you have up to 21 days after receipt to return or exchange your order.
If you choose to return an item, please do take care of it whilst it is in your possession. In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition with tags on and the hygiene sticker intact to be eligible for a refund.
Items are to be returned at your cost. Please note that the responsibility and liability of the goods are with you until we receive the goods. We recommend using a courier that is insured and to obtain a tracking number for your shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days. An exchange or refund will be issued at the current selling price of the items you purchased.
